Materials & Care
Majority of our items is stainless steel, but it varies by style. We also offer Sterling Silver, Gold Plated, Gold Filled and Brass items.
With proper care and under normal wearing conditions it can have a long lifespan. It will not tarnish or oxidize, but of course with heavy wear and rough conditions it can impact how your jewelry looks no matter what the item is made of.
We strongly recommend wiping down your jewels using a soft lint free cloth, and periodically wipe your jewelry. This will keep your jewels looking shiny and looking brand new! Ideally, store your Aura Zalez purchases in a dark, cool and dry place within an air tight box or your Aura Zalez pouch to help reduce scratching and tangling.
Try not to expose your jewelry to perfumes, lotions or any acidic liquids, as this may cause the plating to fade over time. Our jewelry will not oxidize or tarnish. However, we would advise removing all jewelry while in salt or chlorine water [swimming pools] and avoid extreme temperatures, as well as mixing jewelry with other metal types should be avoided if you'd like to maintain your jewels.
Repurposed Luxury
Each item in our Repurposed Luxury Collection is a 1 of 1. A first come first served concept. These designs are made using previously owned finds. Our items are not sourced from a single location. instead, they come from a variety of places, including consignment shops, researched and recommended vendors, online third-party platforms, and a network of luxury vendors worldwide. Often times we are not able to source two of the same exact item. If so, they will not be in a duplicated design.
Yes each item is authentic. Designs are repurposed using previously owned authentic finds. Items sourced in their original state have been authenticated before altering and those items will include a Certificate or Authenticity with your purchase.
Vintage hardware pieces may show w light signs of wear such as color variation due to aging as it is true vintage. However each item sourced has been and will be cleaned and polished before reworking and shipped to the customer.

Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 6pm EST M-F, will be shipped out following business day before 12pm EST. Orders placed after 6PM EST, please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and shipped.
Transit time [from date of shipment] New York tri-state area 1-3 business days, and all other US States 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, and you will received a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. Please allow up to 12-24 hrs for your tracking information to be updated in the usps sorting facility.
Yes we ship Worldwide. Transit time from date of shipment is 6-10 business days. All Applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
As a pre-caution please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order. Shipping information CAN NOT be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped. All shipments returned back to us due to incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. We are not liable for return to sender fees.
Due to the nature of our small business AURA ZALEZ carries limited quantity in each one of its items, therefore we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final. If you received an item in error or damaged please contact customer support at info@aurazalez.com
